Dr. Matthew Rolfes, DMD
Dr. Matthew M. Rolfes, DMD, was born and raised on the Treasure Coast and attended St. Anastasia, John Carroll High School and Indian River State College. He earned his Associates in Arts Degree, with a pre-dental emphasis, at IRSC. Dr. Rolfes chose to further his education at the University of Florida, where he was involved in microbiological research, and ultimately graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology and Cellular Science.
Dr. Rolfes embraced an opportunity to teach in Adult Education at Indian River State College for a short time, prior to becoming a student at Nova Southeastern University, College of Dental Medicine. It was here that he received current, state of the art training in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics and periodontics. Upon graduating with his Doctorate Degree in Dental Medicine, Dr. Rolfes received (was granted) the highest award for his outstanding achievements and performance in undergraduate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Rolfes has many interests. During his spare time, he enjoys boating, fishing, scuba diving, exercising and spending quality time with his family. Dr. Rolfes is also passionate about airplanes and traveling. He has been involved in numerous community service events; some of which include, “Give Kids a Smile” and “Mission of Mercy”. He has also traveled to Jamaica to provide comprehensive and emergency dental services in rural villages. Dr. Rolfes is devoted to serving His community.
