Schwerer Dental Care Healthy Smiles Plan

We are pleased to offer you an affordable alternative to dental insurance. Our Healthy Smiles program provides preventive dental services with no out of pocket expense and restorative treatment at a 20% discounted fee. This is not an insurance plan, it is a discount savings plan which means you enroll here and pay here. You can join the plan and start saving immediately, it's that easy!

Annual Membership Fee:

Individual Adult - $299.00

Individual & Spouse - $549.00

Family Plan (two adults & two children under 14) - $849.00

Additional Children (up to age 14) - $199.00

Additional Family Members (over age 14) - $249.00

What is included:

Examination and cleaning (2x in contract year) - Free

Annual x-rays (1x in contract year) - Free

Fluoride treatment (2x in contract year for children under 14) - Free

Additional x-rays - 20% off

Sealants - 20% off

All restorative treatment (excluding cosmetic) - 20% off

All periodontal treatment - 20% off

Implant related treatment - 10% off

Orthodontics - 10% off

Cosmetic dentistry - 10% off

Annual fee is due at time of enrollment and is in effect for 12 months from that date.


  • This plan can not be used in conjunction with any other insurance or discount program
  • This plan is not valid for any dental care covered under automobile, medical workers’ compensation or similar insurance
  • This plan cannot be used for any dental treatment already in progress

Cancellation Policy:

No refunds will be given on membership fees once the Healthy Smiles program has been utilized.
